Privacy policy
This site sets no cookies, loads no trackers and does not measure its audience. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact form yourself.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Adaly Yacht, a SASU (société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle — single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company under French law) with share capital of 1 000,00 €, registered office at 7 allée des Pins Escarabins, 06530 Peymeinade, France, registered under 935 402 719 R.C.S. Grasse.
For any question about your data: adaly@adaly-yacht.com or +33 7 78 13 44 00.
What we collect
The contact form
When you write to us from the site, we receive:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you give one — the field is optional;
- the subject you chose from the list;
- your message;
- the language of the site you wrote from.
This reaches us by email. It is not saved in any database on the site.
Technical data
Like any site, this one is served by a host that logs the requests it receives: IP address, date, page requested, browser type. Those logs belong to the host. They serve security and the proper running of the service, and are used neither to track nor to profile visitors.
What we do not collect
No cookie is set. No analytics tool, no advertising network and no social media button is loaded. Fonts, images and videos are served from the site itself: your browser makes no request to a third-party server while you visit. That is why this site asks you for no consent — there is nothing to consent to.
One thing only stays in your browser: the fact that you closed the upcoming events panel on the home page, so it is not shown to you twice during the same visit. It disappears when you close the tab, never leaves your device, and holds no personal data.
Why, and on what legal basis
Your data is used only to handle your enquiry and answer it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for enquiries that lead to no contract, the legitimate interest of Adaly Yacht in answering the people who contact it (Article 6(1)(f)).
Your data is never sold, never rented and never used for unsolicited marketing. No automated decision is made from it.
How long we keep it
As long as it takes to handle your enquiry, then three years from our last exchange. After that, your message is deleted. Data attached to a contractual relationship is kept for the period required by the applicable accounting and tax obligations.
Who else can see it
Your data is available to the people at Adaly Yacht who answer you, and to two technical providers who make no other use of it:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting the site and routing requests;
- Resend — delivering the emails sent from the form.
Both providers are established in the United States. Transfers outside the European Union take place under the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR.
No other disclosure is made, unless required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You can exercise them by writing to adaly@adaly-yacht.com, or by post to the registered office above. You will receive an answer within one month.
If that answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions. Access keys to technical services never appear in the site code.
